Who is LinkedCare?
LinkedCare Services Pty Ltd is a boutique style service provider operating out of Sydney, NSW. We are an authorised provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and our primary goal is to help parents care for their adult children with a disability and to be able to provide them the right to live their life as they wish rather than the way others want them to live. We want to focus on the ability of those that we support, not their disability, by providing them with a wide range of support services that best suit each individuals needs and to help them become an independent and confident person who can make the most out of everyday life.

At LinkedCare, we pride ourselves on our core values of caring, integrity, independence, innovation and empowerment. We believe that each individual has the right to the best possible care and support services specific for them and their situation. We recognise the client as the central focus for our service delivery and LinkedCare exists solely to meet their needs. Our appointed carers, service partners, in-house registered nurse and enrolled nurse who is specialised in mental health are all accredited and experienced to be able to provide the highest level of personal care and support services while helping the participant to gain their independence and to enhance their life skills.

OUR AIMS:
Our community is very protective of children with disabilities and would rather not entrust the care of their child to a stranger. LinkedCare wants to dissolve the stigma behind caring for those with a disability and to educate families on how to give their children the best opportunities in life, allowing them to participate with their community, learn new skills and try new things. It is our mission to improve the quality of life for people with intellectual disability by supporting them to reach their full potential, to chase their goals and aspirations and raise community awareness
OUR VISION:
- To provide superior levels of service
- To offer a broad base of services with client demand governing the scope, allowing clients to be involved in establishing, implementing, and evaluating services.
- To provide high quality services so that we can maximise the value of each Service User’s NDIS budget by eliminating unnecessary administration costs.
- To work closely with other referral sources to effectively meet our service user needs.
- To provide effective coordination and liaison between our clients and other health and support services, including Advocacy services to assist our clients in coping with their needs and problems.
